I used First Call for the first time today in an emergency and they were fantastic. From the helpful response to my call to the service itself, it could not have been better. I went from freaking out about almost having sewage on the floors to everything having been taken care of in 90 minutes.
As an older woman newly on my own, these household crises can be very daunting and everyone was so helpful, professional and kind. Highly recommend their services.

Firstly let me say that if I could give a rating higher than five stars I would. Recently about nine months ago I switched to First Call, after using another service for over twenty years. Today is the third time I have had my holding tank pumped. As before you can almost set your watch by when they come. Each time First Call is right on time. Today my experience was one of above and beyond the Call of duty. My driver Today namely Pierce, noticed that the pipe where you empty the tank was broken.
