I reached out to Kevin to ask a question for an issue we’ve been having and he replied quickly and professionally. While he isn’t able to help with our issue, he offered some helpful suggestions, asked questions to try to help us figure things out and was just nice and pleasant to deal with. It was after hours and he took the time to try to help us, when I’m sure he just wanted to put his feet up, after a long day. What great service and dedication. Just wanna post a shout-out to Renew All Solutions Inc. in Kenora. We have a complete water management system in our basement that keeps everything dry and clean, and it was installed by Kevin himself some 9 years ago. Well, the sump pump finally gave up the ghost the other day, (our sump pump runs pretty much year round) and when I called Renew All Solutions, Kevin was there to bail me out, literally! A brand new pump was installed by the end of the day (despite Kevin being busy as heck!) and all was sorted out and operational in no time. Thanks to Kevin and Renew All Solutions for an amazing level of professionalism and outstanding service!

Kevin just completed water proofing our basement, replaced a sub pump, installed a back up pump and some concrete repairs. From start to finish Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. The job was done as agreed upon. Kevin kept us informed of the progress along the way. We would highly recommend him.
