“Shoddy electrical work, our pots light were mounted directly on our insulation and not to code, we had an expensive custom light that was damaged and we were not told about it and billed for it anyway. A worker was almost electrocuted on site. Tarion has agreed to cover the shoddy work as a part of our warranty claim against our contractor. When we told Lake Country about the pots lights they cancelled our ESA permit. Well, not sure the work would have passed anyway as it has been ordered redone by Tarion. Also no detailed billing, 3 years later we are still waiting for it. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. And no, it's not a 5 out of 5.“

The electrician sent here did an impeccable job left all work clean can’t say enough about their work. Looking forward to having the guest cabin done as well this fall.
