Customers appreciate the clean environment and the helpful staff, including specially trained Animal Care Experts who assist in finding the best nutrition and products. Many positive experiences have been shared about the convenient bathing area, praised for being organized and mess-free. Although one customer noted an employee's lack of engagement at the cash register, they later expressed understanding and appreciation for the service provided by another staff member. Overall, Pet Valu is recognized for its excellent service and commitment to pet care, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all pet owners.
Mafia, baby face Nelson, pretty boy Floyd and George love going to Pet Valu in Kemptville visiting all their friends (staff) Everyone knows them by name and are so knowledgeable and friendly.
We get all our food, toys and accessories because of the wide selection and great pricing. Then the convenience of using the clean and well supplied dog wash.
We’d also like to thank Lisa for nailing trims twice a month. She too is loved by all.
Lastly we’d like to thank everyone at Pet Valu for our recent customer appreciation gift box. Everyone is enjoying their new toys and treats.

Recently we had a devastating house fire. Amongst these sorts of tragedies there are always hero’s that stand out. Steve and his employees at Kemptville Pet Valu went above and beyond for us and the pets safely still here. Our dogs are raw fed. This isn’t an easy task with a mini fridge freezer in a hotel room. The owner Steve made it all work as well as donated it everything! The amount of donations through Pet Valu and from Pet Valu is something we will never forget. It’s businesses like this that make Kemptville such an amazing compassionate community💜 Thank You from the bottom of our hearts…
This location is amazing! Super friendly & knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful! Took my 80lb baby for his first real bath & wow - for $15 - you have anything you could ever need - several shampoos, tear free for their faces, conditioners, waist height large walk in tubs, blow dryer & towels - all included!
He has never been so soft & smells amazing! He was very happy to choose his own special treat at the end :)
