Doing taxes and dealing with CRA is not something that I enjoy. I have been doing my family taxes with these guys for several years. They get insanely busy come tax time so get in early and yes, humans make mistakes as does CRA. They are very friendly and helpful to resolve issues that arise.
I just had the most pleasant interaction today with a wonderful lady! Her kindness when I called was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes customer service is lacking. I will take my business here just by the phone interaction.

I've been there twice. The first time they helped me get caught up on 6 years of taxes. And last year was easier and the service was amazing. Location was clean, and other employees seemed pleasant.
