So lucky to have found AreaK9 when we moved to Kemptville! A loving, home environment, with lots of space to roam and play. Our Jack greets us with a smile when we pick him up and then promptly crashes for at least 24 hours, he's played so hard! The report card is an extra touch, summarizing his time at AreaK9. Highly recommend!

Our dog has been going to Areak9 since she was 4 months old, she will be 5 in May 2025. We love to travel and have no hesitation in leaving her with Looda, Gary and Linda. We know that she is loved and treated like a member of the family. Because of all the time spent at AreaK9, Rosie is very well socialized and comfortable in any setting.

We could not be happier with Areak9. Oakley loves going there and always comes home happy and tired. When we are away we can access the videos and pics to see all the fun she is having. Thank you so much!

NO cages, NO restraints & NO leashes AreaK9 is a LICENSED dog boarding facility unlike any other around the Ottawa area. The entire acre is fenced in and includes huge pine trees, an apple orchard, some small trails and absolutely no cages. Your dog is treated like part of our family and has FREE run of the property WITHOUT restraints or leashes. And, when the heat or cold gets too much for outside play, the dogs can relax in the climate controlled interior of the house.
