Took 4 and a half months just to see the nurse practitioner. First scheduled for an appointment a month and a half in advance, then had to reschedule due to a medical emergency just prior to the appointment... 3 months for the next available opening. I called back the next day thinking 3 months for a nurse practitioner, surely this is a mistake. The same receptionist from the day prior which is usually very sweet and nice was suddenly very rude. "We don't even book 3 month in andvance, and it doesn't take 4-5 months to see our practitioners. That sounds like a YOU problem you have there!" I've had nothing but positive experiences with the receptionist and my nurse practitioner here. I came to find the business hours and saw a very undeserving 3⭐rating. Should post business hours though ?

Very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Always there to help, every phone call or appointment is handled with professionalism an confidence. I'm so thankful for the entire office at all times but especially through 2020.
