We have used Slug-A-Bug's services twice now, once on a wasp nest 4 years ago, and on a new nest a couple of weeks ago. The 2015 nest was a huge, nasty one under our front porch stairs. Reg gave it a good zap, and said to call him back if we still had problems. A large part of the nest was hidden beneath some leaves, so we still had a few wasps hanging around. True to his word, he came back -- no charge -- and got the job done. So of course, his was the first company I called when a new nest showed up this fall behind our hydro meter inside the wall. Just wanted to thank you for your help with our bat problem in the big house at Tiny Beaches last fall. When we called you all flustered because we had not been able to remove the bat after several sleepless nights of it flying around the two storey open concept house, your advice was just what we needed. Your calm manner, knowledge and understanding helped us through a very difficult situation, even though the homeowner did not contact you to come and take care of the problem.
