Reached out to them once as we are selling our farm and need to reinvest the funds... I was told someone will call me back, no one did for 6 weeks so I called back again... I was told there sorry they didn't call me back and someone will call me back to set an appointment, this was now 4 weeks ago.

We found a different firm but this company screams incompetence and lack of trust and integrity.
