Jenni's Nails & Spa offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, providing outstanding services such as acrylic nails, microblading, and permanent makeup. The salon features brand-new pedicure massage chairs, manicure tables, and tools. The skilled staff, led by Jenni, takes pride in their work, ensuring customers leave happy and satisfied. With a focus on attention to detail, they replicate desired nail designs perfectly. Customers appreciate the pain-free experience and willingness to make things right if needed. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, everything is spotless, and it smells fresh and clean. The staff are incredibly kind and really take the time to listen to what you want, suggesting colors and designs that suit you perfectly. Nails look beautiful, gorgeous, and lasting way longer than expected. The attention to detail is on another level. Staff was very nice but sometimes did some crooked nails, but they will fix them for free if you come in anytime before 2 weeks is up. Nails are also really sturdy. The staff are wonderful! Bio gel manicures lasted for so long and were so well done. Chrome with a hand-drawn snowflake is absolutely beautiful and the staff will be honest with you in the nicest ways.
I've been going to Jenni's Nails & Spa in Ingersoll for years, but for the last year and a half it's become my monthly therapy appointment-and absolutely worth the drive from Bayfield every single time.
The atmosphere is alway so welcoming, the girls (and Jenni herself) are incredible, and they're consistently accommodating no matter what I need including every crazy design I show up with or they surprise me. My nails turn out perfect every visit, and I get nonstop compliments on them.
I've never had a single issue - with service, payments, or anything else. Just great people, great energy, and amazing work!

Rachel did an excellent job! I had a regular polish pedicure. This included exfoliant, hot stone massage, foot filing, cuticle care, etc. She was kind, gentle, and did not rush--so relaxing. Very pleased!
Christina was amazing!! I went to Jenni's, for the first time today, for a bio gel fill. A potential problem was found, starting under the existing gel, possibly related to improper application from my last fill at a different salon. She was honest, professional and caring and took her time to ensure my nails not only looked good but that the underlying issue was taken care of and my nails were healthy. My nails look and feel great. Thank you so much
