Nica was so helpful and the cut perfect. Trying to grow out a layered short haircut and am at that point where it looks horrid. Not anymore, and no need for bobby pins or baretts to hide the growing out layers. As Nica encouraged by saying, we are almost there to the length and style I am looking for. Tangles is really upgrading their facilities and offer a wide range of services. Booking my next appointment for some TLC (facial plus plus). Check them out.

Today Emily gave me the best hair cut of my life. I don’t get my hair cut often because it gives me a lot of anxiety. I have often ended up not happy with the results. But not today! Emily did such a great job! I have fine, thin hair she took the time to do layers that really made a difference with the volume and shaping around my face. The first time I have ever looked in the mirror after a hair cut and been genuinely happy.I also got a fantastic manicure with Ria! She did the best job giving me a holiday manicure with little snowflake accents. She is very gentle, detail orientated and takes her time. I got a balayage with Nica a month ago and she did a great job. I have dark brown hair which is usually not easy to work with (the before color in the picture is not my natural color). Highly recommend if you live around this neighbourhood. She was also friendly and talked to me while doing the work which is nice.Overall, I wanted to give it a 5 start but since generally the staff are not very welcoming with new clients, I gave it a 4!
