Our old eavestrough was dripping in a number of spots, so we looked for a local company to give us an estimate for replacing our entire system. We submitted an online request for a quote, received a reply the next day, and Can-Cro arranged for someone to come over the following day. When Derrick arrived, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis of our needs and made suggestions for improving our system layout as well as informing us of options for upgrading portions or all of the eavestrough. Can-Cro recently installed new eaves on my house. From my first call to Jill (who answered my many questions), to my dealings with Derrick (who came by to provide a quote), to the 2 installers I can honestly say this was a great experience. Everyone that I dealt with were professional, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed with the work they did and they way they treated me as a customer. They arrived on time, came when they said they would, they clearly valued my time. The installers worked hard and made sure that everything was cleaned up when they left. Can Cro were great from beginning to end. Derrick came quickly to do a quote answering all my questions. Installed within two weeks. Installers explained what they were doing and did an excellent job, explaining to me what they were doing. They cleaned up everything. A few weeks later a Bell technician drilled through my downspout. I called and Derrick came out the next day fixing the damage.
