Called Andy on a recommendation from a friend. He called me back, discussed the likely solution to my problem (gas oven slow to heat), told me the cost if the solution required a new igniter. He came later that day and fixed the problem and also gave me some free advice on a problem we are having with our washer. Nice guy, good service. Absolutely recommend him.
