On April Fools Day this year, on my way from Sudbury to Geraldton, my vehicle was shaking like a wet dog. My tires were installed by Kal Tire in Sudbury, which includes ongoing free balancing.I stopped at Kal Tire in Hearst around 2 PM, and I was treated like royalty. The service advisors were very kind to me despite my irritation, and they whisked my F-150 into a service bay only 1/2 hour after I arrived. Less than an hour later, the job was done and I was on my way with a truck that stopped rattling my brain.Excellent service, excellent attitude, excellent customer experience all around.I highly recommend Kal Tire for all your service and tire needs! Great service! Called ahead to see if they could fit in a tire repair and they told us to come on in. Dropped it off and went to run some errands. Could have waited there as they have a nice seating area. Greeted as I walked in. I really liked that. Was made to feel welcome.
