I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They came out, provided an estimate, and we accepted it, but after that, communication was extremely poor.
We had to keep calling for updates. First we were told the parts were on backorder, then later we were told the parts were no longer available. We agreed to switch to different heat pump manufacturer , to keep the job moving, but after that we still never heard back.
If you're considering this company, be prepared for a lack of communication, lots of lies, and delays. We ended up wasting a lot of time waiting, and looked elsewhere,, beware of employee Kevin, does not follow up or show any interest in helping,

Terrible service! I contacted them first and got no response, after which we drove to Hearst and went into the shop and were told someone would call us back. It's been months and they haven't bothered to call or reply. We went with a different company out of Kapuskasing and they were great to deal with!

Well I had a weird experience at this shop and I got a furnace put in and lots of issues followed suite but when I contacted them they were super professional and they met every need I wanted and to be honnest they surpassed my expectations.I am a loyal client and I would refer anyone looking for excellent HR and professional quality to this shop.I have to say it’s a 3 ??? for me.
