Terrible service! I contacted them first and got no response, after which we drove to Hearst and went into the shop and were told someone would call us back. It's been months and they haven't bothered to call or reply. We went with a different company out of Kapuskasing and they were great to deal with!

Well I had a weird experience at this shop and I got a furnace put in and lots of issues followed suite but when I contacted them they were super professional and they met every need I wanted and to be honnest they surpassed my expectations.I am a loyal client and I would refer anyone looking for excellent HR and professional quality to this shop.I have to say it’s a 3 ??? for me.

Possibly the worst company/ experience I've ever had with any company ever. Two years to get something fixed which they installed incorrectly. I mean I was willing to pay to correct their error but they never call they miss apts they just don't care at all. I'm disappointed in them mainly because this is hearst we are a small town and we should all care about our neighbors
