Found out we had a raccoon latrine situation on our patio and sofa set gross doesn't even cover it. Called Omega Dry Carpet Cleaning Inc and so glad we did.
They came in, safely removed and disposed of everything, and disinfected the whole area patio + sofa set so well there's zero smell left. Raccoon latrines are actually pretty nasty health-wise, so it was a relief having people who clearly knew what they were doing handle it.
We can finally hang out on our patio again without thinking twice and enjoy rest of the summer. Super happy with the job, would 100% call them again (hopefully won't need it again and raccoons don't come back) and telling everyone we know who… read full review

We had John in to clean two carpets and 3 chairs and 2 couches . Was very satisfied with the carpets and the and 3 chairs . There was an issue with one of the sofas, but to my delight John came back with no hesitation and re did the couch . I would highly recommend John and would have him back in a second!!

After a disappointing experience with another company—who charged a premium but did a poor job removing raccoon feces and were dismissive when I raised concerns—I was left frustrated and searching for real help. That’s when I spoke with John from Omega Dry Carpet Cleaning, and I honestly can't say enough good things.

Even though I wasn’t a customer, John was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. He took time to explain what should’ve been done and gave helpful advice—more than I got from the company I actually hired.
