“I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Dr Morris Hazan , OWNER of.Clinique d'Optometrie de Hawkesbury Optometric Clinic who made an overwhelming, huge impact on my recent medical incident. Without his excellent experience, knowledge and quick actions, the vision of my left eye could have dimished completely. Dr Hazan really went above and beyond to solve this complex issue in a timely manner.
I'm very happy to report that, because of Dr Hazan's referral, I received exceptional medical assistance from the following Hospitals, Montfort, The Ottawa General, The Riverside Campus, as well as the Ottawa Eye Institute .
