He called me back in the morning at 10 a.m. and my friend explained the laws on housing that I have the right to increase the rent legally and if he does not have the right to demand the legitimacy of their rent increase.

they always gave me good service. but since the Covid-19 it's like everybody doesn't know there job anymore. It's not just them it's all places. They blame everything on that passed situation. but the service they gave me before was impeccable .

We are non-profit organisation managed by a Board of Directors and funded by Legal Aid Ontario. We provide free legal and paralegal services to the population of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, Ontario. Our areas of law are: Tenant’s rights, Income Maintenance rights (Ontario Works Program, Ontario Disability Support Program, Canada Pensions Plan), Employment Insurance denials, Employment Standards, and others.
