We bought our hot tub from Frontenac Pools a few years back and it has been great and trouble fee. Until this spring when some water I left in the system froze and crack a wet end pump cover. I needed some special order o rings and 2 pump covers. I called them and Kelsey answered my call and was very helpful in locating the odd size o rings and ordered me 2 wet end assemblies for my repair. Kelsey is an absolute rock star. Not only did she get me the parts quickly, everything fit perfectly and the parts came in under budget. I am sooooo impressed with the service I got from Frontenac Pools.

These are the nicest people! They came to service my hot tub when I had a problem and my installation business would not even return my calls. They were prompt, efficient, and resolved the issue quickly and then would not even let me pay for the call! Who does that?? I would definitely recommend them!
