Greg, Adam and Jeremy are great ppl. They know their stuff. Highly recommend them if you need your PC/LAPTOP fixed. I deal with the shop in Harrow and they are very respectful and personable.
My 8 year old desktop computer took several minutes to boot, and as long to open a web browser, or any other programs. Adam identified the problem right away and proposed a few cost-effective solutions. He replaced the outdated hard disk drive of my PC with a solid state drive that can run Windows 11 more efficiently. He transferred the content of the old disk onto the new one and executed all the outstanding Windows 11 updates. I just turned on my computer, and within seconds I was able to start browsing, accessing my email and launching other applications.
