“I was 3 hours away from home when my engine light started blinking. The closest town was Hanover and I was able to get my vehicle to this shop safely around 9 this morning. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. They were understanding of my situation and helped me immediately. I am very satisfied with the HELP I received from this buisness today. The sitting area and washrooms were clean, I waited just over an hour for them to get my car in and change a spark plug. I was in a vulnerable position and I do not feel overcharged, the receipt has a clear description of the work done and time it took. All of the staff that I ran into this morning were very pleasant to do buisness with. Thanks again for taking me in so quickly and changing my awful experience of being 3 hours away from home with a flashing engine light to a positive one where I got home safely!”
