my children both are shy and reserved but Bill brought the smiles and giggles right out of them. He let my son throw in some shot ideas and was very accommodating. I am so happy about the pictures I got, not only did we get the perfectly posed ones but we got the perfectly silly ones too. I am thrilled and will definitely be back.
