Jim was amazing!! Not only was Jim able to make time to fix my unexpected brake issues before a big drive to the East coast but he listened to me and confirmed what needed to be done on my vehicle unlike some other shops I called around to. He showed me the old parts after everything was completed, he also gave me a ride home so i didn't have to wait at the nearby tim hortons. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. I cannot recommend enough!! Plus he loves dogs!! Thank you so much Jim!
