My go to nail salon! I love how passionate the servers are, it might seem loud to most people but once you get to know the workers they are really kind hearted. My nails always turn out amazing and gorgeous!! The massages always feel soothing, and always go here whenever i need a wax. They do the waxing quick and easy! Thanks Venus Nails Salon!

The staff are always accommodating, they have created an atmosphere with relaxing music, engaging videos on TV, and an overall positive vibe. Annie is fantastic! I recently attended the salon last weekend. I wanted to say how outstanding the 2 ladies were as they were dealing with a difficult client. They maintained their composure and completed the service.
To the unhappy client, as you stated that you are in the service industry, you should know how to treat people who are providing a service and that wasn't what was happening. If you were truly unhappy with the process and the products then leave. Do not continue to talk poorly about what they are doing and then expect them to talk to you. Just remember, what goes around, comes around. Treat people with kindness and they will do the same
