I contacted ‘The Thoughts’ at a really low point and in just the inquiry call itself, I was impressed by the way Satvinder addressed my aggressive tone with a smile which was obvious over a phone call too. Since then I’ve been taking regular sessions with her and have really only looked forward and upward in my mental well being. I always look forward to talking with her and listening to her suggestions and advice on handling emotions in a better way.

I had counselling sessions with Satvinder who was such a wonderful therapist. She really listened to me and responded very thoughtfully to my concerns. She also taught me a lot of coping skills that I use in my day-to-day life. I learned a lot about myself in my sessions with her as she helped reflect on myself and my thoughts/feelings.
