I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming for years and will continue to do so despite moving far away from Hamilton. I’d gladly travel for hours to receive the stellar service that Charlie provides. She’s always so friendly, personable, and accommodating. She has an infectious smile and a great sense of humour! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for the last year and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone there is so friendly and Charlie specifically is always a pleasure to see. I had never had a wax when I first started coming and she always makes the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. 100/10 experience always!!!
