We noticed that we had water pooling in our front foyer ceiling and I contacted The Roofing Crew the next morning. Branden was able to come out the same day and have a look. He provided photos of the issue and explained how he would fix it. Even though there was snow and it was freezing, Branden and his crew fixed our roof super quickly! His communication was great and his quote was comprehensive and more then fair. I woke up to rain water dripping from my light fixture over the sink. Turns out that the roof addition that had been put on over the deck hadn't been done properly by another company. I had more than one roofer come by and a tarp was put up right away. Branden's estimate was considerably lower than the other roofing company, but more than that, he noticed that the valley on the other side also be attended to, and also noticed the falling and bowing tongue and groove cedar planks on the ceiling of the deck. Branden communicated well, and didn't push for the business at all. His crew was polite and everyone seemed to be skilled and cleaned up afterwards.... read full review
