Our wonderful technician, Taj, arrived on time, was immediately able to diagnose the issue, took time to explain what he was doing, and why, and all the while with a big smile on his face. Thanks to Taj, I am able to use my dryer with confidence again.

We are very happy with the service we received from Sutton and Son Appliances. They came to replace the element on our double oven, and Lee was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and economical. Even when the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, he took his time and did an amazing job. Lee is a true problem solver, and we really appreciated his expertise and dedication. Highly recommend!

From the moment I called sutton and sons they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had purchased a new dryer and was having a hard time finding someone to convert it to propane in a timely manner. As a young first time home owner I've never had to deal with things like washers/ dryers, any appliances.. everyone here has been so helpful and made a stressful situation as easy on their end as possible. Steve was great over the phone booking everything in and figuring out what parts I would need for the specific model of dryer.
