Looking for a stove element for my GE range so I called Sutton and Son! Holy Moses! A real person answered the phone and I was impressed from the start! Spoke with Steve who answered all my questions (and even added a few suggestions for me)! They had the stove part in stock (impressive) and I will be on my way to pick it up as soon as tomorrow! It was a short and informative conversation however very valuable and satisfactory to me in our new age of only being able to converse with A I as such. We are very happy with the service we received from Sutton and Son Appliances. They came to replace the element on our double oven, and Lee was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and economical. Even when the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, he took his time and did an amazing job. Lee is a true problem solver, and we really appreciated his expertise and dedication. Highly recommend!
