I had my Samsung dishwasher repaired by Mickey on Jan 12th and he was great. He arrived on time, went straight to work and knew what to look for right away, everything was fixed and back in place in about 30 min. He was very friendly and professional. Other companies told me they didn't service my brand, Sutton and Son didn't have a problem getting it done. I will be calling them again for any future needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sutton & Sons several times for multiple appliances (washer, stove), and I couldn't be more impressed with their service.From start to finish, the experience was great. With the most recent experience of a broken washer, Graham completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He also gave great advice on how to proceed with the repair, which, in the end, saved us a lot of money.Overall, I know I can rely on Sutton & Sons. While I hope my appliances last a long time without issue, if anything were to go wrong, I know I would call them again without hesitation.
