Looking for a stove element for my GE range so I called Sutton and Son! Holy Moses! A real person answered the phone and I was impressed from the start! Spoke with Steve who answered all my questions (and even added a few suggestions for me)! They had the stove part in stock (impressive) and I will be on my way to pick it up as soon as tomorrow! It was a short and informative conversation however very valuable and satisfactory to me in our new age of only being able to converse with A I as such.
