Stephen is very amicable and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was done and what options there were. Enjoyed speaking with him and hopefully will see him again in the future.
Called in a for a service and the tech's were here within the hour. Kyle and Rob were friendly and courteous, weren't pushy about selling, looked over my equipment and gave me some good advice. I have a feeling I'll be calling them back soon for the maintenance/upgrades they suggested. Two great guys to be Shipton's brand ambassadors. Thanks Kyle and Rob!
