I had a wonderful experience at Sephora this evening. I had the pleasure of interacting with Celeste and Maria. They were both extremely knowledgeable about skincare and made me feel comfortable with the product. They were friendly and uplifting and made feel like a woman (who is adjusting to her age). I came in tonight (Jan 9) with my daughter, looking for skin care. We asked a lady named Cindy, and she was absolutely amazing! She helped us both out so much as im clueless about this type of thing. She was patient and showed us all the options and we bought all her recommendations! My daughter and I are very happy with our purchase!

Customer service is terrible told us sold out of product and to come back tomorrow. We came back the next day, and then told us come back again cause they haven’t finished unpacking the order. Lady was too busy on her phone to help us or to help unpack the order. Now I’ll order product online as I hate being treated the way I was treated today.
