My 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe with 108,000km had a diagnostic code come up, which indicated a potential issue with the torque converter. I took it to Hyundai and they said a whole new transmission replacement was needed at a ridiculous price with no further details. I was advised to take my vehicle to Sampson Transmission and am so happy I did. Sam and the guys checked on my car and did some research and found that a system software update for this issue was on the Hyundai bulletin, and advised to get that done, while also giving me a very reasonable quote in the event the upgrade doesn't work. Ok, these guys know their stuff. I am confident posting a 5 star review as I am beyond sure of what they have done. My vehicle is in its 9th year and it is one I want to keep on the road. Thank you for your thorough exam of the van. She is now running like a new vehicle again.

I got my drivers license when I was 16. Now 65 years later I can't remember all the garagemen I've had over the decades, even the total number of vehicles owned, except my first was a 16 year old 47 Hillman Minx. Anyway, these guys are really tops at diagnostics and explaining everything in simple terms. My current vehicle is 9 years old, and they treat it like their own. I can't remember a garage where I had more confidence.
