Our Ford Escape transmission was shot, Sampson was extremely thorough and transparent in explaining all the details and costs and warranty… because of that…we felt very comfortable with them. They also checked the rest of the car to make sure it was worth spending the money on the transmission before starting. Such honest guys!!! We are going to bring all our vehicles to Sampson for all other mechanical needs. We didn’t know that the licensed mechanic does a lot of other auto repairs and not just transmissions. Super guys! Was having some problems with my truck and the garage, I use suggestedI take my truck to a transmission shop as they thought the issue was coming from the transmission components. They recommended Sampson Transmission so i called and made an appointment. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. They checked over my truck , and determined that the problem was not associated with the transmission .They spent over 2 hrs inspecting, road testing.I was prepared to pay for the time they spent inspecting my truck, but there was no charge! What a nice surprise!I would highly recommend using Sampson transmission .Very Honest and trustworthy!
