I was referred to Bryce by my realtor, he was available for a rush property inspection over the holidays. Bryce was very professional, timely and thorough in his inspection making sure every single one of my questions was answered. He also insured that I understood what issues were most urgently needing to be fixed, and the implications of each. He provided an in-depth 66 page report complete with recommendations, photos of the issues & diagrams to help me understand; he had the report to me within 12 hours of the inspection. His website is very clear on their detailed pricing list so nothing is left to the imagination, as while as the ability to book your appointments online. I certainly recommend Bryce of Rankin Inspections to anyone who is a first time home buyer or otherwise, you won’t be disappointed!
