We had an amazing experience at Pom Pom’s Children’s Hair Salon today! My daughter has autism, this was her first haircut. Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient, gentle, and understanding, making sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. Lisa took the time to go at her pace, explain what she was doing, and even made the experience fun! The salon itself is bright, welcoming, and perfect for kids. We’ve been seeing Lisa for a couple of years now and I will never go to another salon for my children. Lisa is patient, kind and empathetic especially when during the tougher appointments where my boys are fussier than usual. She will always take a pause when there’s some whining and will wait for calm before proceeding. And she’s always given them a beautiful, professional cut.
