Love the staff here, they’re always fantastic and helpful. I come for cat and tarantula supplies and I’ve only had great experiences every time. I’m in here weekly for crickets

Wonderful team of associates. If I were to give a poor rating, it'd definitely reflect the awful customers that clearly have nothing better to do.The staff here are always dedicated to prioritizing the well-being of our pets, as well as customer satisfaction. It's nice to know that these people actually care about our furry and fishy companions. For example, I'd sooner appreciate an honest opinion about my interest in owning a few fish, and NOT being given a fish because I'm inexperienced and uneducated on proper habitation.
