Chad came out to our house and was prompt and extremely professional. He diagnosed our plumbing issue and went over all possible outcomes. He was extremely pleasant to work with. He fixed our plumbing quickly and was very courteous.The level of customer care we received from him is not what you see everyday. While I hope I never have to call on him again, I will definitely call for Chad if we need services in the future.
