After waiting THREE months for my insurance company to get their butts in gear after a water damage claim...Mister Gallant came in and worked their magic. After what was an incredibly difficult time for my husband and I, Jay came in to assess and within 2-3 weeks we had a brand new basement.
They packed up our whole basement, threw away all the waste completely from the property...start to finish, it was just great.
Every employee was patient, professional, and kind with us. We are truly grateful for everything.

We experienced water damage in our basement, and our insurance company sent Mr. Gallant service team to assess the situation. Mr. Mike arrived early in the morning, right after I got off the phone with the insurance company, and from start to finish, he and his crew provided outstanding service.

The work was completed quickly, and everything was done with a high level of professionalism and care. They kept the area clean and organized throughout the process, which we really appreciated.
