The staff were so welcoming and accommodated walk-in appointments. They took their time when doing my mani-pedi.
So disappointed with this nail salon. Used to be my favourite. Tried three times to get an appointment and when my daughter finally booked us two appointments, the receptionist only books one. When we explain that we called for two, she says we only called for one. My daughter was also hung up on and the receptionist claimed she didn’t hang up. There was no apology or attempt to book another appointment. Not sure why they have her as a receptionist if she’s going to treat people this way. They are going to lose a lot of customers.
First time at this location and I thought it was great. Kelly is fantastic, she did a very lovely job! Nice attention to detail.
