Our air conditioner died in the middle of a heat wave. We called Lancaster and were told they could have a service tech out that same day. And as promised, the tech... Jason... showed up within a few hours. Since the unit was fairly old, we thought it might be beyond repair and that we might need to buy a new one. But he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, which he replaced. We were back up and cooling in no time. Very impressed with the quick service and friendly, knowledgeable service tech. Would highly recommend.

Called at noon on a hot Friday for A/C problem. Andrew called within 2 hours to say he was 15 minutes out and on his way. Andrew was friendly and efficient. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, had a replacement part (capacitor) in the truck, fixed it and were were basking in cool air once again by 4 pm. Excellent service. Would highly recommend Lancaster.

Bryce was very knowledgeable and explained what would be best for me and how the job would be done. Both furnace and air conditioner were replaced the following day. Everything was cleaned up and I was very happy with the job well done!
