Josh and his team have always been very polite and respectful when coming to the Chartwell properties that I work at. They even work with the residents and making sure that the residents feel engaged in the planning process of the Landscaping of seasonal flowers. It's a pleasure speaking with them. They are very accommodating with any request.

Josh is a pleasure to work with. He has a tenured, loyal team who are focused and polite. Josh takes pride in making sure our large commercial property is appealing, clean, colourful and safe during all seasons.
