I am sorry to be so late doing this review. I attended Joseph's in mid July desparate for a haircut, after another salon lost my appointment. They accommodated me for approx. 2 days down the road. Loved the cut Natalia gave me, not only is she talented, she is also professional and friendly. At the end, she asked how I liked it, and I told her it was great. Well, same o same o story, the next day, I was wishing I had my bangs texturized just a little bit more. I stopped in on my way home from work, and told the owner what I wanted. They hustled me right in, then and there to my amazement, Natalia sat me down, and worked her magic on my bangs. She also cut a stray hair here and there to make sure everything was perfect. When I was leaving, and went to the counter to pay, they said...no, no, we want our customers to be happy, they would not even take payment for a bang cut. I left feeling happy and special. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for professionalism, style, and kindness. These ladies no how to run a top shelf salon.
I have Alexis cut my hair and she is always great. Never have I ever not been satisfied.
