Vélan gave me the best massage for my neck that I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to countless RMT’s over the last 20yrs) He worked on my neck in a way no one has before and created mobility for me that I haven’t felt, honestly, in a couple of years. The headache I arrived with is gone. He also helped me with my SI joint pain and gave me an exercise to help me engage my glutes to support the joints. I will be back and have a lot of hope that he can assist me with improving my quality of life. Thanks Vélan!
I’ve had massages done by Amanda and Vélan - both are phenomenal. I enjoy Amanda because she listens to my needs and knows how to offer firm pressure (my request). I enjoy massages by Vélan because he not only offers great massages but is quite knowledgeable and explains why I may be feeling the certain discomforts I feel. He also always gives me exercises and stretches to do at home to further strengthen my muscles and minimize injury.Highly recommend either - you cant go wrong!
Been at my current employer for over 5 years, have benefits but never had used them until recently. Best decision I’ve ever made! I have only good things to say about Hamilton Chiropractor and Wellness, specifically on Amanda and the great massages I’ve received. Ive had very pleasant sessions with Amanda, shes super nice and down to earth, as i am more of a talkative character. But sometimes I just stop to enjoy all the stress she removes from my back and neck. I’ve booked for both 1 hour sessions and 45 minutes, both are excellent.
