Came here twice. First time with Nigel. I was a bit late for my appointment however he was understanding and still went ahead to give me a haircut. He did a really good job in making feel comfortable especially since I deal with dermatitis on my scalp. Very attentive and made sure I left feeling satisfied. Second time today I had Chris cut my hair and I had one of the best experiences I've ever had. He was very gentle with my scalp and made sure I was doing okay. They took me in without an appointment, I was thinking of just a simple fast cut but he took the time needed to make sure I looked good and man, I honestly haven't felt so good looking in a damn while.Staff is awesome and I'm really thankful for taking me that day, next time I'm making an appointment and getting the full deal.

Always a pleasant experience for me at Groom - I love the music and the atmosphere. My hair is a little finicky but Alexis always does a top notch job. I’d recommend her for anyone.I admit, I wouldn’t come here for a “cheap” haircut but the overall experience more than justifies the price for me.
