Popped in yesterday to get a trim and get layer cut back in as its been probably at leat 2 years since I had my hair cut
Wasn't busy and was able to get into the chair within a few min of getting there. The stylist was nice, not very talkative (she wasn't rude, Im very anxious and introverted...we got a chatting a little bit near the end of my cut)
She did a decent cut, I just washed and dried my hair and no complaints.

I went into Great Clips on Barton, with an idea and a picture of what I wanted. Miriam, my hair dresser said she could absolutely cut my hair like this, but mentioned my hair was not thick enough to sustain this style sitting like this.

I tried a second picture and she cut my hair more like the second picture but it still was not sitting right. And the salon was starting to get busy. I didn’t want to be a pain, but I wasn’t happy with how the look was turning out - so Miriam took extra time, reshaping the cut, and did a top notch job on my hair.
She took time to listen. She was an advisor. And a cheerful, helpful technician. When you come in, ask for Miriam!
