Absolutely outstanding customer service from Ethan who helped me load up a small batch of beach stone into blue recycling bins using the big loader with precision. Life saver!! He even helped me load them into the car. A++ thank you so much Ethan!!
My father has been purchasing material from Ferrel for decades, and I got to experience their customer service for the first time yesterday. Sales staff inside were knowledgeable and friendly. Outside, in 32 C heat, Ethan was a rock star...with a smile, he loaded up 20 bags of pea gravel for us in no time. Thank you!
