Entertainment Overload was a popular spot for finding games, DVDs, and movies at great prices. Customers often found unique deals, with items priced much lower than they would be elsewhere. The store was known for its wide selection and friendly staff. Unfortunately, Entertainment Overload closed in June and has remained shut since. While the exact reason for the closure is unknown, rumors circulate that it may be related to legal issues. Customers hope the store will reopen in the future.
This is my third or fourth time visiting the place. I love the atmosphere, amazingly fair prices!!! The lovely staff are top notch people, by the second time I arrived I was being treated like family, its surreal! I seriously recommend this establishment and will continue to do my business there for as long as my wallet allows me.
Great experience with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Newer to the store and brought some things in to sell,I was happy with the deal they gave me and left. I came back the next week to buy some things and was approached by the owner who kindly gave me more money and said it was from last week and they felt they did not give me enough money from the original deal. I was pleasantly surprised and did not expect that. Very honest people and well stocked store which is also clean. Will be back for sure.
I had a great experience with Jeremy, he tested all my games in person and gave a pretty decent amount on the games that worked, some of my games didnt work which is ok as I didnt use it for many years and I accepted it couldn't be sold.
For those who tried to get a quote over the phone, please go in person to test your games to get a better quota. Some games may be higher up on the market than others and good quality games would receive a higher offer from sellers, so don't take it personally if they can't accept what you offer as they have to do what's best for their business.
