A little backstory, I am 39 years old 6'5 275lbs. At the end of August in 2025 what started off as a small little pain in my glute became a nightmare. Before I knew it I was bed ridden with nerve damage. My L5/L4 L1/S1 were a mess from MRI, arthritis all throughout my spine, and my left glute, hamstring, below knee cap, calve, and 75% of my foot minus big toe and one beside became all numb. I wouldn't walk more than a few mins, couldn't stand long, couldn't even sit in a chair to have a meal with my GF/Family. I had to have physio for back pain due to an injury. Both physiotherapists, Nikhil and Carren and the receptionist are knowledgeable and friendly. It is also in a convenient location. My injury is getting better even after a month of treatment Highly recommended!
I had excellent recovery from back pain even with few sessions at Elite physio care. I would recommend Physiotherapist Nikhil and other staff for getting me back to my daily activities.
